Learn about the TxCAN FAFSA Dashboards and how to compare your FAFSA completion rates to other Educational Service Center regions, counties, school districts, and campuses in Texas.

The Texas College Access Network provides college access professionals with Texas FAFSA Completion data through our two online dashboards.

The FAFSA Completion Over Time Dashboard allows practitioners to review FAFSA Completion Data from the Class of 2019, 2020, and 2021 through a regional, county, district, or campus lens and to compare it to the state data. This dashboard and its comparisons can assist college access practitioners in establishing FAFSA completion patterns to determine optimal timing for engaging students.

FAFSA Completion Over Time Dashboard

The Current FAFSA Completion Detail Dashboard allows regions, counties, and campuses to look at their current FAFSA Completion percentages and provides percentage point changes from the prior month and last year for comparison. It also provides statewide data for an additional point of comparison. This dashboard can help college access professionals review their completion growth rate month to month, as well as compare it to the previous year to make sure they are on track with their FAFSA completion goals.

FAFSA Completion data for the Class of 2022 will become available on the dashboards in late Fall 2021.

The dashboards use publicly available data from the U.S. Department of Education, which differs slightly from counts available to advisors in the ApplyTexas Counselor Suite.
