At the close of the 2022-2023 school year, Educate Texas and the Commit Partnership made the decision to sunset the Best-In-Class joint venture. Initiated in 2016, the joint venture came together with the goal of increasing the number of effective, diverse teachers and school leaders, who would then grow the proportion of Texas students on track for college and career success.
