Learning from Variation Template Instructions

The Learning from Variation Template Spreadsheet can be used to plug in data by subgroup to understand variation for any variable of interest. The p-chart will automatically populate so data reviewers can quickly identify bright and dark spots for further investigation. Numerators and denominators for data referenced in TxNSI can be asccessed through the TxNSI data dashboards, but any locally available data can just as easily be pluged in to the spreadshett to learn from variation. This tool is best used in conjuction with the Learning from Variation Workbook shared during the TxNSI Fall 2021 Convening.
