The Instructional Technology and School Library Media Division of the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) supports state and national efforts that transform teaching and learning in a digital world. The mission is to establish student-centered digital learning environments where students are empowered to think creatively and critically as engaged members of a learning community by building the capacity of our educators and providing equitable access to digital resources.
