The AI + Education Leadership Collaborative is a 10-month program designed for executive leaders from across Texas districts, charter organizations, and K12 nonprofits.
Through facilitated peer learning and expert-guided sessions, leaders will be empowered with new learning, mindsets, and change management ideas necessary to lead strategically—with a community of practice behind them.
Artificial intelligence transforms our world at breakneck speed, bringing both unprecedented complexities and remarkable opportunities for our students and educators.
Executive district and charter management organization leaders face a critical challenge: how to adapt and pivot their leadership strategies while remaining steadfast in their core mission of preparing students to thrive now, in their careers, and throughout their lives.
In this rapidly evolving AI era, educational leaders are actively seeking proven strategies and comprehensive guidance to navigate not only the technological shifts but also the emerging legislative landscape, including recent developments such as Texas’ HB 149 legislation on artificial intelligence.
Educate Texas is excited to announce our new Al + Education Leadership Collaborative designed for top leadership in K12 districts, charter management organizations, and K12-serving nonprofits.
Our first cohort of K12 leaders will launch in the Dallas-Fort Worth region in Fall 2025.
The Collaborative will center on empowering district and charter systems leaders to reimagine how they solve their biggest challenges with AI across their organizations.
With a focus on governance, instructional shifts, and workforce alignment, the Collaborative will equip leaders to drive meaningful, future-ready change across their systems.
In addition, district, CMO and nonprofit teams will have the opportunity to receive mentorship to address a real-world challenge.
There will be no cost for participating organization teams.
